a few pics
The blazer is sitting idle while we try to locate replacement gears for the transfer case. I'm applying for a patent on the transfer case removal cradle I just used a bunch of scrap metal and welded it inplace while the TC was still connected to the tranny.

Good job on the cradle, nice truck. The tranfercase looks like a later model, by the output, shafts.

I too would say that is a newer t-case .. That blazer is really turned out well congrats guys..

hey how much to make me one of those cradles ? and i still got the inside parts for you tranfer case here if you need them i dont have the shaft all mine were 4 speeds, not 400 turbos

well they came and got sum of the parts they needed today !!!!!! hopefully they will have the blazer back on the road soon !!!!!!!

Hey guys you want to be careful of dealing with "tnblazerK5". Anybody that would have thier son on top of the house in the blazing heat applying cool seal while he sat in the shade sipping a cool one and hollering you missed a place has got to be shaky to deal with.
