Drop kit help
i own a 69 GMC SWB and want to drop it. I want to put some 22" rims on my truck so i was wondering if anyone knew what kind of drop would look best with these 22 inch rims.... 2/4, 2.5/4, 3.5/6, 4/6, etc... and i was also wondering if anyone had any suggestions on WHERE to buy kits from, i was looking at earlyclassics.com and LMC truck.... i am not sure who is better or if there are other retailers that are more reputable. I also want to convert my front drum brakes to disk so i also need some advise on that. lastly, if anyone had any pictures of 67-72 c-10s with drops or drops with 22" rims that would be even better. Thanks!

Early Classic is tops.
See the review section. There a a jillion positive reviews for Early Classic and a like number of NEGATIVE reviews for LMC. They do put out nice catalogs though....

You might look at Classic Performance Products (www.classicperform.com).

I installes a classic performance drop on my 72 and I didn't have any problems, plus they were great to deal with. I just finished installing their rear disc brake kit and no problems there.
