throttle adjust
This is my first truck with the rod style throttle. I was not getting wide open due to the carpet job the PO did. So I threaded the little adjuster towards the front of truck I think that was right. Any danger of adjusting it to far that way? The throttle stop on carb will stop it from opening the carb to far right?

You will want to thread the adjuster onto the rod so that the rod becomes shorter. This will raise your accelerator pedal off the floor.

I think that is what I did, moved adjuster toward carb making arm move toward carb.
