I just became a supportive memeber....
These site had been really helpful to me and my rebuilding ordeal. Since the site has been revamped, I have felt a little guilty about not subscribing. So I made the big step and contributed the small fee of $25.00. I feel great. Thanks for the site Josh.....I hope my small fee helps keep this site up.

Re: I just became a supportive memeber....
Getting rid of the pink name didn't have anything to do with it did it.
Feels good don't it.

Re: I just became a supportive memeber....
Also donated again. Maybe we should start a "Halloween" donation drive. It's alot easier to come up with a spare $25.00 now,... than it will be in a few more weeks. (Christmas and taxes!) Keep up the good work everyone.

Thanks for looking down on us , I would if I could (just like several people around here), but I'm not rich and I've been going through some hard times but of course you don't know that, I try to contribute with some of the little knowledge I have but apparently it seems is not enough, with replies like this one don't be surprised if people don't find the members friendly anymore, not even the Man is making remarks for not sending money, even when he needs it. Josh, Thank you for providing this great site, even if I can't send you some $$$ right now. PS: I read this thread when it was first posted but I felt I had no right replying to it since I'm still "pink" but guess what? I just did Edit: should get it right at least , is Magenta, not pink

Re: I just became a supportive memeber....
I will share my constructive opinion. I made $33,000 LESS this year than I did last year because I have been on emergency leave from my job since my wife has been in the Middle East most of the last 2 years. I have made up for it by spending LESS, (and trading A LOT more), and using the money I make in the Air Force Reserves to take care of my 2 boys FIRST. I'm lucky in the fact that I drink a beer or 2 or 10 on occasion, but not as a lifestyle as some do. I don't smoke or take ANY drugs, not because I'm a goody 2 shoes, but because I don't believe that there is ANY good that can come from either. I prefer satin black paint over CHROME. I prefer 'running and inspected' over 'fast and furious'. I live in an old log house and drive an old truck with 192,000 miles, all driven by me, on it. I don't have any bells or whistles or BLING on ANY of my (many) vehicles. (OK, 1 UN-POLISHED supercharger, sorry) I decided to give up Bearclaw milkshakes for a few months, (my ONE addiction!) and become a truck board member. I guess you have to look at your lifestyle and your habits and see what you can give up for a few weeks or months to contribute to the board. I'm sure A LOT of people look at it like: Why BUY the COW if you can get the MILK for FREE. BUT, if you don't FEED the COW, you'll be looking for another source of MILK. I like the COW I have. Find YOUR way to become a member.

Re: I just became a supportive memeber....
Is $25.00 what it takes to remove the pink? I sent $20.00 thru paypal awhile back and never heard whether it was received or lost in cyberspace somewhere's.
