Ok, it's time to buy parts

I've saved my suspension build for this winter, so it's time to buy some parts. I'm going with SD bridge kit with bag over axle and his 4 link. My first question is should I get the 8" or 10" notch? Im going to run 20's that will probably be around 29" tall with tires.

The second question is what should I measure to get the length of the 4 link? I talked to somebody at SD (not Jason) and he said take a measurement from the center of the axle to the front trailing arm mounts. Doesn't sound right to me??

thanks,
josh

Re: Ok, it's time to buy parts

8" step notch should be fine. 29" tall tire on a 20" rim would be around a 275/45/20 tire. Still quite a bit of sidewall in that width. I had those on my '03.
For the link bars, I'm a little confused on why he'd want you to measure that as well? I can't imagine the link bars going up that far, that would be pointless. I'd think there would be a mounting plate to be either bolted or welded to the frame to mount the link bars. What kind of 4-link are you looking at doing?
