Most Economical way to lay frame?...71 Suburban

There is tons of good info on the site that I've read so far but wanted to check with you guys for the best direction to go on my new project.

I know nothing is "cheap" but I need to plan out the most economical option. I have access to to a full machine shop and fabrication work, so atleast that aspect is taken care of. I'm new to this type of truck project so any detailed information would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot.
Mark

Here is a pic of the beast , this is the 1sd day I got it home...I know it looks bad, bodywork is already well underway:
