67 project
Hey guys,
It's been a while since my last post. I didn't worked at the car that much, but here is a pic as it is standing now. Engine and interior are done, front and rear fenders also. Last week i received all the parts i still needed, including lots of chrome part So still some body work on the cab and than it's time for paint!! The boat in the 2nd picture is the reason why i didn't do that much to my car. Bilt the boat myself, you like it? hope the attachment works. Greetings from holland! Re: 67 project
thanx!
The boat in pictures i sold it 2 weeks ago. Did get good money for it. (3000 euro's) At the moment i'm bilding two, one for me and one for my dad. Both with an inboard and better looking! The truck should be ready for paint within a month, so i will post some progress pictures ones in a while. |

Re: 67 project
Last weekend i started with my exaust, first everything went ok, but than i ran into the space between my rear axel and the rear stabilizer. I want my exaust to go straid to the back of the car under the rear bumper. But i think the space between my rear axel and stabilizer is very small. Let me see how you did this!! Thanks, Paul |

Re: 67 project
Thanks for the feedback guys!
As far as i know there are only five 67 chevy trucks in our country. What im going to do with the truck? Well orginally it had a line six and a 3 speed gearbox on the tree, but it's an amican classic car so i think it should have a V8, so i swapped the line six for a 350 with is compleatly rebuilt. Lot of work but thats al done now, i only have to weld a tiny spot at the right rockerpanel and then it's ready for paint. The colour it's going to get is midnight purple pearl, almost black. The interior is all done (grey) i will post some pictures later. I'd like to convert the front breakes to discs and lower the truck a little in the front, but that is something for the futere because it isn't cheap and the shipping makes it even more expensive. So i stick with the drums for a while. |
