colohusker and DR,
You can say whatever you want about my new Elky, I know that deep down you boys are just jealous! lol...
It was a deal that I just couldn't pass up, I have always wanted an Elky from 68-72, and I helped my friend build the suspension on this one back when I lived in Mesa, AZ. I have been pestering him for 6 years to sell it to me, so finally he gave in when he completed his '66 Elky. I think it will make a sweet daily driver, but I am thinking a fresh coat of black primer might be in order...

Glad to see everything is going smoothly for crews, he's worked his ass off to get that rig on the road.

Even if it is a f@rd, it's still sweet.

And not to start a pissing match, but why would you need a good swb bed randy? We all know what'll end up happening to it....

I love those trailers they look soooo cool.

What is he towing it with?

Does he need an assistant? That would be a pretty cool job hauling old stuff all over the country. Hey he could pay me with rust free metal

Ive got a time saving idea for you! You could unload that 'ol burb and elky at my place with my 67! I can take REAL good care of them! ( besides my 66 elky is kinda lonely!)

Actually It it GREAT to see the 67 headed back to IL! I want to thank colohusker once again for all you did to help me get the truck. ( I AM glad to see the box is still green in the picture lol) . I will keep you posted when "Santa" makes it back to the midwest!

Hey Joe,
Did you come through my neck of the woods on your way back? I was told there was a silver rig with some older trucks on it went through Meriden. Just curious, if so you should of stopped. Take care Randy

Thumbs up THANKS "CREWS"!!!!!

"Crews" and family just left ILLINOIS! The 67 is everthing I had hoped!
I want to give a BIG THANKS to Joe (and his wife and kids) for delivering my truck from Colorado. It was nice talking with all of them! What a GREAT family!!! If anyone ever needs anything moved , give them a call! I certainly will again!

I also want to than "colohusker" for his help in getting and storing the truck'til "crews" could get it ,and Christopher for offering it on the board . EVERYONE I dealt with on this transaction followed thru with "flying colors"!!! ( I hear that doesnt always happen on the I.net!)

Im glad the truck is in my drive andwill try to post "final" pics in a day or so! THANKS AGAIN TO ALL INVOLVED!!!!!, Steve
