Patch panel replacement order???

My parts will be here in a week or so, so I am getting ready to start cutting and welding. I will be doing both sides of the truck with the following pieces:
-Front Floor pans
-Outer and Inner rockers
-Cab corners
-Rear floor pan patch panels (where the rocker meets the seat area)
-All four cab supports
I was just wondering where to start with this, like, what order do I cut and replace etc. The cab corners and rockers are theoretically gone already, replaced with expanding foam and tin foil. The rust only goes 6" or so into the floor from either side, so I may just have to use 1/2 the front floorpan patches. Anyone have any advice or pics? Thanks!

IMO 73stepside has it about right. You should try to work from the inside out. First the floors and kick panels, then the cab supports and door extensions. The outer panels (rockers and cab corners) should be fit with the doors on and adjusted along the windshield pillars and roof line. After fit up with the doors on, I find it easier to do the final weld up and metal finish with the doors removed.

Thanks for the help guys! And thanks for the link ebfabman, lots of great info and pics there. Just curious, but how long does rebuilding something like this usually take? I have all winter to work on my truck, so time isn't a huge issue, and I want to do it right, but I'm just kinda curious.

I've got a digital camera, and I'll try to get pics within the next week or so. I can tell you that the supports have several holes in the front and back of them, the inner rockers have a few minor holes, the rockers are all mono foam except the top (I think someone cut the metal off when they "patched" them. The cab corners have been modified the same way as the rockers. The floor above the cab corners has rusted/been cut out, so you can see the pavement through a pretty well perfect square. The floor pans aren't too terribly bad, the rust is just along the edge about 1/2" wide where they meet the rockers, and it goes in towards the middle of the truck right where the front cab supports are about 4" on the drivers side and 2" on the passenger. I'll try to get pics up within the next couple of days.
