need help!
I am converting my non a/c cab to a/c cab. I am hopeing someone can help me with making a template for the air shut off valve location holes in the cowl and firewall. Is there a way to make a template of the whole location? And it would be good future referance for others converting non a/c to a/c cabs.

NOTE that the heater hose holes (say that fast three times) line up on your truck. UNLIKE what is shown in the picture. The picture is an awesome reference but isn't perfect. As far as a template for the holes there is a dimple for every hole you need to make. Including the big hole in the core support you need to make to pass the AC hard lines through. You'll need a hole cutter for that one. I picked up the right sized one at the used tool store in town. If I remember correctly the air shut off valve holes you are asking about are dimpled OUT. I removed the glove box door and liner then used a 12" or so long 1/8" drill bit from the inside of the cab. Once those three holes were centered in the dimple I could drill the correct size from the outside. The correct size for each hole is listed in the assembly manual.
