I heard the swap meet will be this weekend, Any of you been there? Would this be a good place to sell my truck? Good time to meet some board members? Thanks

Re: Puyallup Washington swap meet
I think today was the last day. What are you selling. It would of been good. There is also the Portland swap meet. It is normally a big one.

Re: Puyallup Washington swap meet
Early Bird meet is a great one for our trucks. There will be some members there too. There are three swap meets in a row at the Puyallup Fairgrounds

Re: Puyallup Washington swap meet
While it's called the Early Bird and put on by the Model T Club, it is still a GREAT place for truck parts.
4 of us met this weekend at the BLUE gate @ 2:00 Saturday. Let's set the same time and location for this coming Saturday. See you there - Bob

Re: Puyallup Washington swap meet
There were a couple of suburbans too. The nice trucks were price $15K-20K+.
Someone explain/teach me how to post words on each pic and I can list prices and a few details... Last edited by PICKMUP; 02-14-2006 at 02:20 AM. |

Re: Puyallup Washington swap meet
A gallon jug of McGuires car wash for $5.00...no tax! Bob Moore scored an NOS '68 hubcap for about $12! He just had to show it to me...I could have done without that...LOL! The Early Bird is the one for truck parts. That black and green blazer/pickup was really nice! Thanks for the pictures, Frank!

Re: Puyallup Washington swap meet
I never sell at swap meets. I don't like to drag my good parts around, and I don't want to drag my old greasy stuff out and sit with it all day.
I like to go see the guys, trucks and just hang out...and like leadfoot67, I didn't score a thing. Let's face it, I am actually lazy! Now how do I put words on each picture like some of you have figured out how to do????????????????????? Last edited by PICKMUP; 02-13-2006 at 09:53 PM. |

nice pics... what do you know about that green and black truck? I love that stance! It would be nice to find out what needs to be done to get that look.

Re: Puyallup Washington swap meet
So..is the Early Bird meet a good place to expose the 67 that I want to sell or was the last weekend meet better? I'm not really 100% ready to show it but close enough. I could get out of Zillah about 7:00 and be there at 10:00. It's for Sat and Sun right?
I'm not a swap meet guy but this might be fun. This is the one I want to sell.

Re: Puyallup Washington swap meet
The Early-Bird swap is as good as any to try and sell your truck. Ya might try listing it on Craigslist.org in the mean time. There are listings for Seattle and Spokane.

Castiron9, I like the 1 ton as well. What is the wheel base on the old girl? That wouldn't be a tilt deck by chance.
