Wheel cylinder question
I bought new 4x4 wheel cylinders from LMC and the front cylinders have a hole the same size as the rear one for the brake hose. The front brake hoses on the truck are bigger than the hole and I was wondering if they fronts are supposed to be bigger or not. It has drum brakes.

It looks like there were different size openings available for the front wheel cylinders on the early K-10's. If you read the foot note on the bottom of page 146 in the LMC catalog, there is an explanation of the different sizes.
I would suggest checking the thread size on your flex hose and then contact LMC to exchange your wheel cylinders for the thread size needed. Jim |
