HELP with bed sides
I have a 1971 2wd blazer and would like to know the best way to take the bed sides off the bed floor?? Also the best way to take the cab floor and bed floor apart??

Grind the couple/few spot welds from the lower rear door pillar.
Grind the welds attatched between the rear of the bed and the floor. Unbolt them. |

I'm putting bedsides on and fixin the bed floor. The bed sides are junk and i got a set of short bed sides i'm cutting down to use and the bed floor is fixable on truck but a have a mint long box floor I mite cut down.the truck aslo needs rockers, rocker boxs, windshild frame, and the driver side floor is not in th best shape.

i will post some pics. In the last three days it is down to just the tub. It's the up side to being layed off. Doors and front end came off nice but cutting bedsides bolts off has taken a beating on the grinding wheels.

that is helpful but i would rather not risk rounding out the holes if i use the bed floor. and have not found spot welds could you take some pics to help!!! thanks

so are the spot welds on the rocker boxs? I don't see any out back so are they on the front end. this thing has some rust so im almost working blind!!
