Roll bar positioning

My rollbar versus others appears to be set back too far. From the top of the back of my stock seats I would guess the roll bar is almost a foot away. In looking at photos of your guys Blazers it appears that most roll bars are just inches behing the front seats.

Re: Roll bar positioning

Stock they fit behind the seat and mount in front of wheel tubs, but a lot of aftermarket, custom and home built ones out there that mount differently, post picts and maybe someone can tell you exactly what you have?

I bolted mine down right behind the carpet strip.

Re: Roll bar positioning

Dont go by my front seat its not bolted in. If your pass seat belt is bolted to the back floor you will have to relocate it.

Re: Roll bar positioning

Set it in place before you bolt it down. Ya don't want to hit your head on it.
