Re: 20 inch rally wheels
Cool wheels but I was almost excited. Custom but not much room to change on backspacing.

Re: 20 inch rally wheels
I'm not going any bigger than 17 on mine; i think 20 is too big for that rim. Maybe it is because our "chevy" eyes are used to seeing that in 15 only...

Re: 20 inch rally wheels
I wanted 20 inch rally in the back, 18s in the front. Not billet, so I would have powdercoated the billet. Too much cash to invest for subtle.

Re: 20 inch rally wheels
I've seen those look really good in 17's, but have never seen them in 20's. They heavily depend on the application.

Re: 20 inch rally wheels
I have a set of steel corvette ralleys with flat "cop" caps in 17's on my 70 Camaro and they look good, but 20 might make the center cap look tiny. If they just strech the whole wheel to match the proportions, it would look cartoonish. I agree with the above, 20's are beyond the realm of looking stock, just get centerlines, etc, etc they are like $200 a wheel and won't look silly

Re: 20 inch rally wheels
Looks like a good photoshop opportunity. I just sent them an email asking if they had any pics of them on a 67 to 72 short box. I will let you know what they say next week.

Re: 20 inch rally wheels
Wheel Vintiques http://www.wheelvintiques.com/ has some pictures of varoius vehicles in thier "Car Show" area. Unfortunately nothing bigger than a 18" ralley on anything, nothing bigger than a 16" on 67-72 era trucks.
I agree with paintpyro, I'd love to see a 18/20 combo with some good meaty tires, not rubber bands. I also agree I'd rather see the original looking silver colored center section rather than shiny billet. My two concerns about these wheels are, what everyone else has mentioned, that the center cap might look tiny compared to a 20" wheel. And most of them I've seen so far look like the center section is way on the outboard side of the wheel. I'd like them to be a little deeper similar to the Camaro model shown earlier in this thread. We need a ginea pig. Anybody here have more money than they know what to do with. I'll even let someone buy a set to bolt on my truck to see how they look. Any takers???

Re: 20 inch rally wheels
Go here. http://www.autowaretech7.net/nextwheels/newstal.htm
1) Select Make Chevrolet Truck/SUV 2) Select Model 68-72 Pickup 3) Select Billet Vintiques Chevrolet Rallye, 20" 4) Lower change color to suit your taste 5) Try not to spend too much time playing with this thing. I just burned an hour Edit: The rallies look awesome in 20"!

Re: 20 inch rally wheels
Here it is from that site with what they call 60 series tires and a 6" drop. I think they look good, but I don't think the pic does them justice. I think they would look great in reality.

Re: 20 inch rally wheels
I inquired about these wheels, but was turned off by the price. IMO, there's way cooler stuff out there for that kinda money. Also, the prices don't include the caps! AND you have to use their caps, originals don't fit. Get out your checkbook...
