PT you are correct. RH (right hand) would be drivers side.....in Japan

Actually I'm not familiar with the applications. The one with the studs has a good taper inside the outlet, the top one with the broken studs has a more flat outlet.

im pretty sure RH is drivers side.. its the right hand side of the motor not the truck
