Block & head # question

I ran my engine & head #'s on mortec's site & as far as I & the old owner of my truck knows the engine is origional but rebuilt. Mortec site says my block is a 67. Any comments?...corn

Heads- 3933148 TRUCK
Block- 3902406

Your block is a 67 396.
Your heads are 366 or 427 heavy duty truck from 68 to 84. Oval port.

Thanks Eric, thats what I saw too. I looked on Mortec's site & another one I cant remember, but they said the block was a '67 chevelle & the heads were 69-84 oval port open chamber '69 396/265hp, 366T, 427T, 112cc chamber. Looks like the heads are factory anyway. Crazy...

My book said Head 366/396/427 1969 2.06/1.77 122cc oval port
block 396 1967 2/4 bolt
