Question 84 GMC 1/2 ton price need!

Hi guys, I got an 84 1/2 ton LWB GMC with a 305, 700R4, Waltco rear lift gate.
I am thinking of selling her and would like to know what she is worth!

The engine has had everything upgraded around the original 90K short block.
New parts: Cloyes roller timing chain, camshaft, steel oil drive under the distributor, 2 year old water pump, GM aluminum intake, rebuilt HEI, oil pan resealed as well as the timing cover, new roller tip comp cams rockers, new pushrods, hoses, belts etc...
The heads have been completely re-done with new guides, valves, minimum port matching, hard seats, etc etc...they work great!

Brakes are all gone thru, wheel cylinder replaced, added a tilt column with a better steering wheel, door panles, upgraded later model wing seals, have an extra pair of sill covers...

What is she worth to sell at?
