I looked at the website. It doesn't look like it would be too hard to fabricate. Of course, your tailgate would be open all the time. If you have the top on, all the exhaust fumes will find their way right up into your truck.
Check out the tire carrier that BobbyK made. A much better solution IMO.

I thought about those too but as Bouncy states, the exhaust would get ya, even topless it'd be to much IMO.
