Tire Size

I know that this has probally been beat to death, but does anyone know how big of a tire I can fit on a stock C20? Looking mainly at the height of the tire, also what if I add a 3 inch body lift? Thanks for the help guys!

Re: Tire Size

32-32". I ran 32"s on a stock C10 with HD (1 ton) coils. With a 3" body lift you could definately run 33"s but I think 35"s maybe a tight fit and would most likely require trimming of the lower corners of the front fenders.

Re: Tire Size

I put 33x12.5x16.5's (8" wheel) on my 3/4 camper special years ago. only prob was I had to cut the molding about a 1/2" or so at the front of the wheel wheel - it would rub I turned the wheels to the stop and went over a bump or a gutter. Have hauled 2500 lbs - no prob. Just bought some alloy take-offs to put on now, 16.5's are a pia to find and $$$.

Re: Tire Size

I have LT285-75R16 on my stock 3/4 on factory wheels. Everything clears no problem.
