Looks like a power steering pump bracket.

I think it is the lower portion of a hood hindge with the arms and upper bracket and spring missing. That's my observation. On closser look at some hindge brackets in the classified sectin I have to withdraw my response.

Found out that the bracket is from a 75+ A/C bracket.
