Question K5 Floor Repair Advice

I have a 1972 K5 Blazer. She has enough floor rot to warrant replacing the left and right cab floor panels. I have seen cab floor panels advertised in catalogs, but they usually suggest that the panels are to only be used in C10s, C20s, and K10s. Has anyone every tried to patch their floor panels with these panels or are there K5 panels availiable? Please help!
