Anybody in the Northwest missing a stepside?
The reason I ask is cause about a week ago we were working outside on a shorty truck and this guy pulls into my driveway and asked if we were "open"???
He had a 70 1/2t 2wd short stepside painted primer grey that he said his dad gave him. He needed a shifter for his 3 on the tree cause the other one he had broke and was using a screwdriver to shift. I sold him one and he went on his way. Today he pulled in and asked if I could fix his brakes. After looking it over I told him to go get a master cylinder and I'd put it on for him and I did. I got to thinking and started wondering if this truck was his dads. I have a tendency to take peoples word but I'm getting a weird felling about this truck and guy, but I hope I'm WRONG. I have the vin #, several pics, his name and ph#, so if anybody is missing a truck, pm me and we'll talk............ |

I would call the cops and ask about the VIN # - give it to them -
