HO-110 Question

Was the HO-110 ever used under a C-30 if so, what was the brake size and also what was the smallest tire size that could be used. Thanks guy's.

I've seen the H110 on a few C30's.
Almost all had 19.5 inch by 5.5 wheels I have seen, I looked up in the parts book what could have been... and it listed a 16x5.5 as the smallest available tire size.
Brakes I'm not sure but think it's 15 inch.
