Re: suspension help

coil overs are not a good idea, the shock mounts aren't designed to support the weight of the truck.
I've seen plenty of shock mounts broken, with just shocks alone.

my rear springs at the moment dont appear to have any top mounts, when it was jacked up the springs where just swinging about

Re: suspension help

Why not just get new spring mounts, springs, and shocks. Much easier and safer.

Re: suspension help

I think www.gmcpauls.com has a kit for it. Top and/or bottom. Also in chrome if I remember right.
