Mexican cluster - $150 shipped

Here is a cluster from Mexico. The writing is in Spanish. My plan was to restore this and hang it up, but after nearly a year I still haven't touched it so I will pass it on to someone else.
I have not tested it so I can't tell you if it works. Someone painted parts of the bezel red, and there is a hole in the bezel under the speedo, you can see it in the pictures.
It comes with the two plates shown, not sure what they are.

Re: Mexican cluster - $150 shipped

The upper right hole is labeled LIMPIADORES which I thought meant cleaning?? Maybe someone with a Spanish background can figure it out.
The hole below that is LUCES which I think is lights
The other side is AHOGADOR which is choke
The KPH speedo has a logo on it which reads "Jaegar" and under that is "I.P.A."
Another different thing is that the bright indicator is at the bottom of the speedo.
The middle dummy lights read GENERADOR (generator obviously) and ACEITE (oil)
The last one is GASOLINA, FRENOS (brakes), AND TEMP

No plug, everything is wired seperately. There is a main terminal to ground the cluster. I see three gray wires which are the cluster lights. A lighter gray which is the bright indicator. A white, pink, and brown which are the turn signals. Not sure why the one turn signal has two wires coming off it. The other side has three terminals, I am assuming one is for the gas sending unit, one for the temp sensor, and the other for the brake sensor.
