WTB ford 289 parts

Asking for my friend.

My roommate has a 289 in his 65 Mustang we are going to rebuild this winter. Anyone have parts?, specifically an intake and carb? He wants a 4 barrel, not sure if he really needs it, but.. May want some other misc parts if youve got them.

I would put an ad on the 'fordbarn' classified forum.

My youngest son has a factory 4v intake he would sell, it's only $4,000.00 but it comes with a driving car and a HO 5.0.

Check out DFWstangs.net. It's local but beware it's a pretty rude site. You'll need a thick skin if you want to be part of the forum. Has decent classifieds though. The only SBF parts I have right now are a set of Cal Customs.

How much you want for those Cal Customs?
