Re: Original Burb Roof Rack
I would LOVE to have that thing. Would you consider any trades? I have many MANY parts for pre-73 Chevy musclecars and trucks. I JUST bought a T-10 tranny with my self-imposed mad money budget for this week or you would already have the money for it in your account! Let me know about anything you would be willing to trade for. Otherwise, I will take my chances for it still being here next week. My timing stinks! Thanks, Mike

Re: Original Burb Roof Rack
Please put me SECOND in line. Like I said, I would love to have it, but I ALSO know money talks. If CG changes his mind, I am still interested. Thanks, Mike

Re: Original Burb Roof Rack
CG: I didn't think that at all. I understand what you meant completely. I just happen to be a trader at heart, but in the same token, I know people prefer cold hard cash for the most part, so I don't mind conceding in that case. I am going to take a good hard look at what's left of my paycheck tomorrow and go from there. If it is something you have been needing badly, I will be more than happy to let it pass to you. Please let me know. Thanks, Mike
Kurt: Thanks for the PM. I will send you a PM tomorrow with a small list. Hope I didn't cause any confusion with the way I put that. I just like to see the right parts get to who needs them the most, even if it isn't always ME. Take care, Mike

Re: Original Burb Roof Rack
Kurt,
I should probably just let CG have this. It doesn't sound like you need much in the way of parts. I don't have anything fancy like tilts and tachs. I mostly have stuff like engines, trannys, T-cases, 6-foot bed, wheels and axles. It is all spares for my MANY daily drivers and future projects. Let me know if you need anything in particular and we will go from there. Thanks, Mike

Re: Original Burb Roof Rack
CG found one local to him.
I'm okay with 'everyday' parts, send me a pm telling me what you have. The bed has some interest, so does info on an engine...ya never know. Last edited by vtblazer; 11-20-2006 at 06:45 AM. |
