I need help adjusting Kickdown cable on a TH350
I swapped my edelbrock 1406 out & installe d aRoad Demon, now my truck doesn't kick down into passing gear, I know I have to hold the pedeal to the floor to adjust the kickdown cable, I just don't get how to adjust it, do you have to remove the cable from it's bracket? or is it that little tab on the cable directly in front of the bracket? (you can see it in the closeup shot) I'd appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to adjust it, thank you.

Is it still hooked up at the transmission end?
I have had one fall off after messing around with a new carb |

it's still hooked up, if I pull on it I can feel where it finally starts pulling on the linkage of the tranny. I never took it off of the bracket so it kept it from coming off down below

Thanks JW, It's hard to see way back there, at least now I know what to pry up on.
