Go to www.lowerred.com. There are some pics of a 4" z. Not sure how much you need to z the frame. What size of tires are you going to run on?
Just do a search as well. Theres is more information on here than kellogs has cornflakes, you just gotta spend the time bawming around. Just dont put angle iron under the cab, use tubing would be my own personal preference.

THANKS for the reply just runnin 20's now but want to go22's later
I 2link'd the rear and aired out it almost lays the bed on the floor (1/4" short)
but the front is about 1-3/4" higher than the rear.
