I'm seriously thinking about getting one of the Siverado SS extended- cabs. The only thing is I can't stand the Avalanche/Trailblazer frontends on the new '03 trucks.
I've thought about getting the '03 SS, removing and selling the front clip, then swapping on a tricked out '02 front end - or I could just save the cash and build a nice 67-72 'SS' truck.
I like the 6-spd, but rubber flooring in a $30,000 SS truck?
Geez, put some carpet in it.

I'VE SEEN IT!

Would you believe me if I said I did see one, At The Red Lobster Parking Lot, Next to O'Reilly Chevy in Tucson... Parked right next to it... noticed it was a Chevy truck but didn't recognize it... Walked around front... had the new style lights, walked around back... Said SS on it... looked inside... window sticker talking about it being the Chevrolet SS Silverado... Was REALLY proud, wish I could get one... wish I had my Camera... It was Red too
