Final Hammer give away - Merry Christmas

As promised and back by popular demand...

As a final token of my appreciation to this forum i will give away 20 more 4lb lead hammers to help in the restoration of your trucks.

But this time there are some rules:

The offer is only available to:
  • The first 20 members who PM with their name and address, commercial is better!
  • Only Site supporters (blue or green members)
  • Paypal only, 15.00 to covers UPS S&H charges. (10.00 just didn't cover it all last time)
  • I'm sorry but shipping to Canada is too expensive and a hassle

Because only half paid the shipping last time, i am asking for the 15.00 to be paid via paypal before hammer ships.

I will PM everyone who made the list and i will give you the paypal address.

Please include your Forum name.

Merry Christmas to everyone and a very happy New Year!

Ted

Re: Final Hammer give away - Merry Christmas

You are saying HALF of the people here that got free hammers from you couldnt at least pay shipping? That was agreed to before shipment wasnt it? Im broke so I didnt put my name on the list last time. Sounds to me like others should have done the same. Sad...

Re: Final Hammer give away - Merry Christmas

yea well. whatya gunna do. The ones that didnt pay the shipping were wearing pink letters so thats why its only for those who support the site because i guess they recognize the value of it and believe you get what you pay for.

Howdy. I know I can't get in one this deal (pink name) but I think that your gesture is a heck of a nice one to all of the supporters.
I looked at the hammers on your site ling the first give-away round. As a "pink" member, I think its a shame that they tried to take advantage of the deal. Oh, well. I can say that they do not speak for me.

Donate to the site and then pick up one of these hammers. You can not go wrong on both accounts. Just my 2 cents

Re: Final Hammer give away - Merry Christmas

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT PUT YOUR NAME ON THE LIST FOR A HAMMER AND RECEIVED IT PLEASE PAYUP. BOISE69 DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS FOR ANY OF US. HE DID IT BECAUSE HE IS HAPPY TO BE HERE AND SENT THE HAMMERS OUT IN GOOD FAITH. I KNOW THAT ALL MOST EVERYONE ON THIS FORUM IS A STAND UP PERSON WHICH IS WHY THIS FORUM IS THE BEST OUT THERE. I HOPE THAT THE PAYMENTS ARE JUST ON THE WAY OR SEND BOISE69 A PM TO LET HIM KNOW YOU NEED A WEEK OR SO. I AM SURE HE WOULD BE OK WITH THAT. PLEASE DO NOT STIFF A NEW, FRIENDLY FORUM MEMBER. IF YOU ARE NOT A SUPPORTER JUST DONATE AS YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS IS THE GREATEST FORUM OUT THERE. BOISE69, I FOR ONE WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR THIS OFFER AGAIN AFTER GETTING STIFFED AND I AM PROUD TO BE ON A FORUM WITH YOU. AGAIN, MY 2 CENTS

Re: Final Hammer give away - Merry Christmas

Boise69 you have PM.

As a vendor on this site, I have stepped up and told Ted I would take a hammer and cover another one for someone who did not pay. I don't expect anyone else to do this, but if you feel the need, I encourage you to do so as well. happy holidays.

Re: Final Hammer give away - Merry Christmas

What Bskylerg said. And Thanks again Boise69, it is a awesome hammer and worth way more than the shipping your charging. Those that did not pay should be ashamed of themselves. (Do they still do public hangings?) Just a thought. M

If members did not pay the shipping.. it would be appreciated if you let an admin know as well, as it falls into the bad deal catagory and is just flat out wrong.

Re: Final Hammer give away - Merry Christmas

Unbelievable behavior! New member comes in here and offers everyone a free gift for only the cost of shipping and only half of you paid it? That's not only very rude but just wrong. He didn't have to make this gesture but did....
