E Brake Cable
Is the emergency brake cable different for short vs lwb trucks , will i need to buy a different one when i shorten my frame ? Brake lines and fuel lines along the frame will need replaced also . Just trying to have the parts ready.

Your cable can be shortened easily using a common crimping cable clamp. Other lines will need shortening or replacing as things get shorter...and cooler! Keep us updated as you move along.

Here's what the place that did my shortbed did. However, I didn't feel that was safe with a driveshaft spinning around 3500 rpms close by. Not only that, but I had other issues with 1 wheel locking up so what I did was to cut it down the center, overlap them and use 4 cable clamps on each side towards the loose ends. It's very strong and I've had NO issues with it.
