Re: 71 Cab 4 Sale

i think its all i need. i'm converting a 67 cab for use on a 70. the footbrake and fuse block the only difference between the years? oh, if the driver floor is in good shape, especially below the gas pedal, i could use it!

Re: 71 Cab 4 Sale

71 cab would also be a cable throttle instead of a rod throttle. Gas pedal mounting and routing are different between 71 and the 67-70.

Re: 71 Cab 4 Sale

uncle, i went out and looked at it again to get measurements. it is so small i will probably just make a patch out of scrap. its probably not worth your time to cut it out. i will just go with the piece of firewall and ash tray bracket if you have it.

Thanks!

Bucket, I need your zip and are you talking about the ashtray bracket that screws in instead of being spot welded?

Re: 71 Cab 4 Sale

i'm replacing the bracket in my 67 cab that is spot welded, with one that will work for a 70 ash tray with the plastic buttons. not sure if 70 was spot welded or screwed in. i will look when i get home tonight. zip is 66205.

thanks!
