3.54 is dana corp ratio,
all i have found available currently for 12 bolt closest to 3.54 are 3.42 and 3.73
there are several different types of posi's and lockers available for 12 bolt

Check our performance section of our catalog for powertrax units or e-mail me for gears and rebuilt posi units.

I just bought an Eaton Posi unit from www.tomsdifferentials.com for $280. I'm going to keep my 3:73 gears and reuse them. My truck is also a 12 bolt.
