Re: Just another build thread
the truck sits with no motor or trans , I have a 5.3 and 4l65e for it but no time to install them right now so the truck will be getting a built 350 and a 4 speed , the front has beltech 3 inch spindles and 3 inch springs the backs getting notched with bags.. Much lower this thing is way too high still.... thanks for the encouragement guys I cant wait to get this thing jammed and drop in the powertrain , I wanna cruise the hell outta this thing this year.

Re: Just another build thread
Old farmer story: "How to be the strongest guy in the world"
Heard this one from my grandfather. I was dumb enough, I even tried it: You take a newborn calf, just like NORM, and just pick him up ............ That's easy. Do it at least once a day, every day, for a year. More than once a day, if you need practice. He can't gain very much weight from each day-to-day, and if you were strong enough that you could pick him up yesterday, you should be able to do it again today. And again tomorrow. And again the day after that. And so on. Right ???????? That's logical. At the end of a year, he'll weigh about 700 pounds, and you'll be the strongest man in the world ................. |

Re: Just another build thread
Yea I get pretty serious, so why mess around with a teeny cherry picker.
Got a bit more done today, nothing picture worthy, piushed it back out side till next friday , goin out this week to pull down the 283 that was in it , might freshen it up and run it agin for a while so I dont have to disable my 64 just yet. Franky69c10 , those back rims are 15x11's and NORM died.....
