nova subframe ?

anybody using a mid 70's (mines a '76) nova or camaro front subframe? i bought all my parts for the front end re-build and i've kinda came to a brick wall concerning the caliper/brake hose connection.....the prob. is that the rubber brake hose ends don't seem to match the round indentation of the caliper mounting pad area.....both calipers were bought reman. and the one side has a round mounting pad area of 1.000" and the other side has the round mounting pad area of 1.312" ??? which defintely will have sealing problems especially w/ the supposedly correct(?) brake hose ends being a funny looking square. anyone know what i'm yappin' bout? all of these parts were supposedly for a '76 chevy nova at my local advance auto......(y'know the place.... where the young kid is poised behind a computer monitor loaded w/ all kinds of knowledge?)

Re: nova subframe ?

Go to a brake shop with each mating pieces and ask them for a hose that'll fit.
Good luck.
