I,m heading to parents house in Florida.Is there a temporary way I can sign up with a local provider and still have internet access?

Have you checked with your present provider to see if there is a local # to call or a 1-800 # in the area that you are going? It would be going back to dial up but it beats nothing. if you have a wireless laptop a lot of the Subway resturants up here have wireless set ups. I'm sure other resturants do too. good luck

I have wireless and was hoping to hook up to some sort of dial up .There is a canadian number I can hook up to but it is long distance and not cheap.
