Is there a plastic valance that goes below the bumper on 73-80 like there are on the later model trucks?

My 80 did... Had to take it off when I switched to 4x4, wouldn't fit anymore. It actually makes a surprising difference in handling at highway speeds...

Are you talking about the air deflector that goes below the front bumper? They sell one in the LMC Catalog for the '81-87 trucks...i wonder if it would fit earlier models?

the bumpers have a drastically different contour, so it wouldnt fit.
