Need everyones input please good or bad...

I am thinkin about selling my truck. It is a 69 SWB with 68 front.

Good:
'75 350 with 700 trans
Tubbed with a cheapy "Rino" liner
Has posi rear end.
Runs good I drive it about 40-50 miles a week.
Some new parts listed at bottom.
5 lug disc in front.
Interior is not that bad. Needs Black carpet to match everything else.
Black Seat is really good shape.
Body pretty good.
Gas tank was taken out and cleaned out by radiator shop and has a sealent installed to protect from rusting.

Bad:
Oil pan and tranny leaks.
Truck is to low in the front. Think previous owners heated the front springs.
Has rear leaf spring setup. They welded the shackle mounts to the frame. I do not know what the rear came off. Could add back the trailing arms if you have extra lying around with another rear end.
Driver side window cranks down ok .. the passenger doesnt. Have to force it down.
Has a good dent in back passenger side.
Rockers rusted through ... need replacing.
Has rust all around the drip rail.


But I need opinions on if I can get most of my money back. I bought it Thanksgiving of 05. I have put a little bit of money into it with new parts. It is tagged and inspected (due next month). I also bought a 454 and BB towers/mounts to put in but havn't. Here is list of reciepts I could find.
