Just like the title states.
In a previous thread I was asked about doing a spring sale.

With my deployment coming up and getting training items taking care of. I won't be in here very much. Also with the amount of work going on at the shop, they don't have time to put a month long sale on.

So we thought about a 1 day sale.
We would need a minimun of 5 serious customers to PM me by friday midnight that they would buy a kit. This will determin whether we will do the 1 day sale next week. I know it sounds different.
But we can not allocate the time to do a bunch of orders here and there. We could do them all at one time. We pride our self n getting orders out within 2 days of the order..


Now as you probably have already read in the other post. Here is the deal.

If you are a serious buyer Please PM and post on here for others to see.
The sale goes like this
Buy any of our rear disc brake kits without calipers already on our site and we will toss in a new set of loaded Non-ebrake calipers...

Thats right buy any kit that does not come with calipers example:
our 67-87 6 lug 10 & 12 bolt kit without calipers at $350.00 and we will toss in a free set of loaded Non-ebrake calipers for free

This is not for custom kits, just the kits already on our site. We do make custom kits so if that is the avenue you want to go, just give us a call.

ok, so i have a 12 bolt 5 lug axle with drums. What else is needed out side of what your kit has to convert to disc? anything MC related or new lines?

I am 95% sure I want a set of 12 5 lug kit, but I need to know what Ivel stated waht else is needed. I know that I need a disc/disc prop valve, but what is normally done to change over to the rubber hoses from the hard lines.

For MC and proportioning valves, We leave up to the customer.
Like I always say. I have installed over 15 kits from 1/2 ton to 1 ton and not one truck owner changed any of those parts..2 of those trucks were mine...
Now, we have sold kits and some customers have told us they needed to put an adjustable pro valve in and some have changed to the disc/disc valve.

But not as a recomendation from us. It was something they did. So we as a company have left it up to the customer to choose how they want there brakes to work and feel..

As for extra items you might need.
I would suggest new brake lines from the rear distibution block on or above your axle and have them just long enough to accomodate short rubber brakelines. Which is your choice to get from us or buy at a local parts store.

You could factor in a lot of different things to do. get new bearings or seals.. or other items..

I tell you if it takes longer than 3 hours to swap to rear disc brakes, than you took one to many coffee or beer breaks..

OK so I am in for (2) 5 lug kits with non ebrake calipers, would you happen to have stainless flex hoses instead of the rubber?
