I am looking for ideas to make a custom headliner. Any and all ideas are appreciated, pics would be a big help. Thanks

I like the formed foam headliners. I’m not sure how hard it is though.

Have you considered the headliner kit from Roddoors? such as the "Dano" kit. www.roddoors.com
