Any Pre-Fab kits or Roll Cage Plans for the 67-72 C-10 cabs??
I want to put a rollcage in my Pro-Street 69 C-10. Are there any Plans for a build it yourself cage or one that I can buy?( one that won't cost more than my truck) I don't need "IHRA Specs", just a nice cage to fit the "theme" of my veh. tube [pipe] size and how many Points are up in the air......thats why I need some Ideas, examples and Pics would be nice.
Thanks Lil-Joe

I have yet to see one listed for 67-72. I have seen them for 73+ though. Not sure what the differences are. Call Summit or Jegs and ask them, they both sell one for the 73+ trucks.

I haven't seen any in kit form yet either, but IMO the kits never fit as well as custom install either. Unless they have been around the block for awhile.
You best bet Is to contact race car builder and get quotes on having them bend you one up. Then drop off your truck and have them fit it for you. You can have them do the install or take it home after its bent and do it in stages as you build goes along. You are on the east coast you should have no problem finding a race car fab shop with all the dirt trackas around here. If you do have troble finfding one contact me and I can hook ya up with some only a state away. Good luck with your build RJ22 |
