I well guys I have the quadracrap apart and need to know how to set the float level. Hopefully that will fix the prob, right? hopefully? I GOTTA HAVE THIS THING RUNNING BY MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, well I'm only 19, plenty of time to screw things up a little.

If ya got a couple bucks on ya pick up a rebuild kit Sat morning and ask for a new float and filter also. You'll have new gaskets, needle and seat and an idiot sheet (for us idiots) to help you reassemble.

with the float in the carb base with the top section off hold your finger on the float cover ( black plastic piece) and turn carb over the float should hang about level with the top of the housing . They give you a gauge with the rebuild kit and a measurement on the spec sheet but if it is about level you should be ok, if it is not bend the bracket slightly careful not to jam the needle valve then check as above. lol
