The 305 V-6 was available in GMC pickups from '60 to March of '69. The 351 was available as an option in '66, '67, and '68 (there's one in my driveway!). The 351 used in the 1500/2500/3500 was known as the 351E, and was a modified version of the 351 Magnum used in the 6500/7500/8500 commercail trucks.

Believe me the guys at the parts counter aren't going to have listed rebuild parts for it. You would have to let them know it's connection to its 8 cylinder brothers.
I can't imagine it would be worth much of anything in a pick-up
The 153 was actually a 230 straight six minus 2 cylinders. But, many of the parts were the same as a small block, like pistons, wrist pins, rocker arms, and valves (which is true for many of the 194/230/250/292 6's). None of them I have ever seen had a small block head, but had a short version of the straight six head (intake and exhaust manifolds on the same side). These engines are still being manufactured as industrial power plants, and are common in forklifts, generators, welders, and air compressors.
