hows my rust ??
ok so i just pulled my windsheild and found that my rust isn as bat as i though it would be !
but it is there, from thease pics how do you guys think i shopuld handle this. a) cut it all out and replace. b) wire wheel and use some all metal or por 15 on it c) ... you tell me

wire brush it clean and lightly sand it..weld up anyholes and patch with hammered sheetmetal weld up all holes found and prime wit high build and work from there

doesnt look that bad wire wheel, epoxy seal it and weld any pinholes, do any body work needed then prime and paint.

Yes yours is not bad at all. Wire wheel it all up and then pour some rust treatment in the visor holes and let it soak and seap thru any holes in the pinch welt of the front window. Then epoxy prime any exposed metal and get on your way.

That rust aint to bad. If you got a spot sand blaster, try that. Especially where the seams are at all four corners. Other than that I agree with the above.

ok so i hit it all with the wire wheel and got most of the rust off.
i do have a spot sandblaster and i will be using that in the corners and the 4 seams tomarow.
