Question Under bed gas tank conversion

I just got a Blazer under bed gas tank conversion kit (GMC Pauls) and am having difficulties with the 2 hangers and straps. Has anyone done this conversion that can enlighten me on how those 2 straps and 2 hangers keep the fuel tank in place? P.S. I already cut out a small center cross member am relocating the filler to center of the tank
