i sure you could find a company in the states that does, no extra charges. You could go to brothers just up the road from you. I'd be willing to bet that every (truck restoration) vendor could sell you one.

I couldn't find another vendor selling them.

Contact Scott's and ask them - your answer is just an email away. Does a lot more good to email the shop than it does to ask people here at the forum who don't even work there

done!!! got the tray and hold down....they dont have the bolt tho.

Bolt is a standard size - find at any hardware store, or just re-use an existing spare bolt from your truck (or just use the old one).
