oil pressure ?

ok i got a 350 when i start it up i have about 50 some time 60 psi in oil pressure and then i drive about 2 or 3 miles and i start lossin oil pressure it go down to a bout 10 or 15 psi. it get to where when i come to a stop light i have to put it in N so i have some oil pressure if not it will go to 0 if i have my foot om the brake.

5in cpp lowerin springs in back
lowered 3in in front with cut springs for now
5 lug swap and disk in front
5 lug and disk in the rear with 3.23 gears
mild 350/400heads
7547weiand intake
600 Edelbrock
chrome block hugger headers
2 1/2 pipes in to a x pipes
super 40 flows and turn downs
turbo 350 with shift kit

Is your oil pressure guage accurate? I would hook up a mechanical test guage and go for a ride to verify if your engine actually has low oil pressure or if you have a bad guage or sender.

yes it is i have had 3 diffrent oil pressure guages on it i have had a few peeps tell me that i need new mains or my crank needs to be turned

what oil are you running.. YOu might have to go to a straight weight oil now or get the oil formulated for engines over 75,000 miles.. It might work you never know...
