Could I go wrong?
I am going in about an hour to look at a 72 Chevelle w/sb and console shift. I don't know a lot else except in ran last year and is green with vynil(?????)
top. He wants $700 and said he thinks there is no major cancer. I would probably be looking to sell for a profit. What do you think? Is it a good investment?

Re: Could I go wrong?
As long as its a 2 door, without major damage , that might be a score. Sometimes its easier to pay a few bucks more for something better, but without seeing -- i have no clue

Re: Could I go wrong?
if the chevelle has the console shift, buckets, and the dash with holes its an ss, and i would definatly suck it up.
if it has the sweeper dash its just a regular malibu, but its still a good deal for $700

Re: Could I go wrong?
No way you can lose..Chevelle's 72 and earlier are hot now and anything not totally beat is worth $700.

Re: Could I go wrong?
I looked at the pics, I'd drop $700 no problem, right after I gave him the chance to sell it to me for $500. ::
